Lure Fishbar is looking for experienced bussers to join our team! Lure Fishbar is part of Mercer Street Hospitality Group's collection of boutique restaurants, which include Lure Fishbar South Beach, El Toro Blanco, Burger and Barrel Wine Pub, Bowery Meat Company, and Sessanta Ristorante (coming soon!).

The ideal Busser candidate will have...
A minimum of one year of bussing experience in a casual fine dining, or fine dining environment.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
A guest-first approach to hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
A positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates must...
Have availability to work 3-5 shifts per week (open availability is preferred).
