Made Nice, the new counter service restaurant from Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara offers a menu that focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and incorporates the same flavors and techniques that we use at our sister restaurants, Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad. It is our goal to provide delicious food and gracious hospitality to our guests--quickly. We are excited to be able to offer thoughtful, composed dishes and house-made beverages in a casual atmosphere without sacrificing our standards on quality or service.

-Prep, cook, and portion food for service.
-Make sure that every plate looks perfect and beautiful.
-Follow recipes and guidelines for portion size and presentation.
-Communicate with the kitchen team on the line.
