Seeking a Sous Chef who is experienced in a volume, fine dining environment. Background in either traditional steakhouses or seafood establishments, and has progressively moved up in past positions. Chefs needs to have a solid understanding of all administrative responsibilities such as ordering, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls. Please have at least 5 years experience, with at least 2 years in management positions such as Sous Chef.
