FIELD BASED + COMPANY CAR

As part of Mitchells & Butlers, one of the UK’s largest pub & restaurant companies, we have a great opportunity within our Brand Marketing team in our Pubs Division.

The High Street group, sits within the MAB Pubs division, and is made up of O’Neill’s, and a collection of Iconic unbranded High Street Pubs.

The estate has recently been restructured to maximise the High Street opportunity, with the key priority being to create an offer which is fit for purpose and therefore, meets and exceeds the consumer demands. As High Street Assistant Marketing Manager there is a real opportunity to shape the future of this fun and interesting estate.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager, to join it's team. As Assistant Marketing Manager, your role requires you to champion the guest at all times, whilst supporting and co-coordinating the marketing activity for the brand, to drive like for like sales growth.

As Assistant Marketing Manager for High Street, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing compelling marketing proposals to support the marketing calendar, presenting to key stakeholders within the business and Interacting with key internal customers and external suppliers.
- Managing the delivery of the brand’s marketing calendar activity, including launch communication and merchandising guidelines.
- Implementation of the PR and digital content communications strategy across all online channels.
- Supporting the capital investment program for new openings, re-models, refurbishments, etc.
- Monitoring the commercial and consumer impact of the marketing calendar through company consumer tools e.g. Guest Experience dashboards
- Monitoring market trends within the micro market for your brand and identifying potential areas in which to improve, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Managing numerous stakeholders including external agencies and internal teams
- Day to day budget administration including supplier funding.

Job Requirements:

- Brand Marketing experience
- Passion for food and drink
- Digital marketing experience highly desirable
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Commercially savvy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible with travel
