The Mitre, Shaftesbury is a beautiful country pub set on the high street near the wonderful Gold Hill. It is a 'Best of British' pub serving the very best seasonal fresh produce as well as some fantastic ales & fine wines, all served with a fabulous view of The Blackmore Vale.
With 2024 set to be epic with a summer full of sunshine, sport and drinks looking over the Blackmore vale, we're looking for a sous chef to support our long standing head chef Karol, take the Mitre to the next level bringing a new creativity and flare to our offer while we continue the growth the business has been on for the past 15 months, the opportunities are endless.
