Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Partners with business leaders to provide reporting and insights the improve the company’s ability to achieve business objectives. 
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports related to budgeting, strategic planning, and operational data to ensure financial soundness.
  • Provide decision support to management, acting as a resource for financial expertise.
  • Offer subject matter expertise to ensure optimal financial operations.
  • Analyze and support operations for a facility, region, or division, potentially leading some activities under supervision.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned financial tasks.
  • Utilize financial systems such as Hyperion, Strata, and ERP to coordinate the preparation and review of financial analysis and variance reports.
  • Develop quantitative reports to analyze clinical and operational issues using data sources.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify financial trends and reporting outcomes under limited supervision.
  • Coordinate data input activities and perform programming for data collection and reporting.
  • Create and maintain databases for tracking data related to performance measurement.
  • Serve as a technical expert and resource on financial systems and processes.
  • Interact with stakeholders, effectively communicating financial information.
  • Operate office equipment and computer systems proficiently.

  • Hold a valid driver's license.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience working in finance or accounting

WORKING CONDITIONS:  

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed pharmaceuticals and/or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
