Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK. We plan on opening Slim Chickens across the UK and are building a team of passionate, ambitious, driven people to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.

We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern American style hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.

As a Front of House Team Member you will...

• Act as a brand ambassador for Slim Chickens and create that welcoming atmosphere that our guests associate with Slim Chickens.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality
• Play an active role in promoting your restaurant and the Slim Chickens brand in your local area
• Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Proactively develop your skills and knowledge to be the best at what you do
• Please note: A requirement of the role is to serve alcohol so you must be over the age of 18 to apply

*Experience as a front of house team member, waiter/ waitress, server, cashier, or runner would be a plus but not essential*
