Seasonal Server

With a stunning view of The Rink at Rockefeller Center in the winter months along with the spectacular Manhattan city-scape, Sea Grill boast one of the most memorable settings imaginable for dining and entertaining!

**This position is for immediate occupancy and will last until the end of the year**
**Until Thanksgiving, shifts will only be for lunch/dinner Monday - Friday and dinner only on Saturdays**

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests as they arrive / are sat at their seats
• Taking orders for food and beverages
• Offering recommendations to guests based on seasonality, preferences, and current promotional offerings available.
• Understanding menu items to help guests avoid allergens; remembering and communicating the daily menu changes that occur
• Folding napkins and assisting in pre-set before the shift starts
• Consolidating checks and securing payment via MICROS POS System
• Answering guest inquiries about the surrounding areas or about the restaurant in general
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the position include:
• Experience in a high profile, premium dining restaurant
• Passion for hospitality, food, & wine
• Clean work habits and strong attention to detail
• Resourceful and well-organized with a sense of urgency
• Personable, outgoing & energetic team player with a positive attitude
• Openness and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holiday periods is a MUST
