Description
We are currently seeking ambitious, confident, EXPERIENCED individuals to join our team! We are looking
for dynamic candidates who will bring their individuality and passion for night life to the team. Must have experience handling a New York based fashion & media clientele, working in a fast-paced, downtown F&B environment, and want to be part of a fun and diverse team.
We are looking for:
Servers - Top of the Standard is looking for experienced servers to join our team. Must have 2 years of NYC nightclub and/or fine dining service experience. Candidates must be driven, fast, have an understanding of the importance of hospitality and ability to work as a member of a collaborative team. Extensive knowledge of wine/champagne and spirits a must.
Bussers - Top of the Standard is seeking Bussers with a minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining serving a fashion- and media-based downtown clientele. Must be able to work quickly, efficiently, and with little oversight.
Must Haves:
-Open availability, Sunday-Wednesday a PLUS
-Late night availability
-Highly social, confident, experience with high volume, great customer service skills
-Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs, and spend full 8+ hour shifts walking/on feet
-Confidence, style, personality, and charisma are a BIG plus!
