at wagamama you’re front of house, so your people and service skills need to be first class. you’ll have a true passion for our food. you’ll be a brilliant communicator of the ingredients and flavors of every wagamama dish as you guide your guests through our offering of asian food inspired by the flavors of japan, including dishes such as teppanyaki, ramen, donburi, curries, gyoza and steamed buns, along with a list of fresh juices, asian beers, wines and specialty cocktails

you bring our food to life, tell our guests the stories behind every dish, make sure the freshness of our ingredients sings out from the menu. wagamama is to be shared, to be enjoyed, our food spreads positivity from bowl to soul € and, through your personality, energy and pride in your work, you’ll do the same

in our front of house roles, you’ve got to be able to make customers feel as though nothing is too much trouble. you’ll always be friendly, listen carefully, and have a sense of urgency most importantly of all, a wagamama front of house team member will be able to demonstrate stellar service expertise honed by at least one year of table service experience in fast paced new york city restaurants
