The story so far.<br><br><br><br>We’ve been disrupting the apple cart for almost 20 years now. Today we’re a little more grown-up. But – careful – not too grown-up. We haven’t lost that youthful spirit. That desire to keep growing, keep surprising, keep innovating.<br><br><br><br>Now we’re over 100 restaurants strong, with plenty more coming along the belt. We’ve changed the face of the high street. We’ve introduced a new way to eat out, a new way to enjoy life. We’ve brought the healthiest cuisine to over 6 million guests a year.<br><br><br><br>But ... the rest of the world has changed too. Now, guests are much better informed and have many more choices. Other restaurants have upped their game (by their standards).
