Description
Narcissa is looking for great line cooks to join the team. The right candidate has 1-3 years of restaurant experience and a thirst to learn. Candidates should have solid skills, sharp knives, a highly developed sense of urgency, and be able to work well under pressure. Also, open availability is a MUST!


REQUIREMENTS:
– NYC restaurant fine dining experience preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Willingness to learn and adapt
– Ability to follow direction and multi-task
– Excellent culinary skills (knife skills, food knowledge, food handling & safety etc.)
-Ability to lift/carry/move 50+ lbs; ability to stand upright for extended periods of time, ability to spend extended periods of time bending/twisting/reaching
– Strong sense of urgency
– Commitment and passion for cooking & hospitality
